Nicole Chapman

Nicole is a dynamic People Leader with over 15 years experience in progressive Human Resources roles. She is a champion of people-centric business strategies and specializes in development and implementation of human resources and health & safety programs and practices that support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Nicole holds a double degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in English and Psychology, and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management. She is a proud Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) through the Human Resources Professionals Association. She has been certified as a facilitator through Development Dimensions International and loves to lead and participate in continuous learning.



As parents of two young children Nicole and her spouse love to spend time with family and friends. She loves to read and travel in her spare time.
